The first two pancake restaurants (one in Moscovski Avenue, the other in Chernyshevsky Str) were famous for the tastiest pancakes with stuffing in the city. With time the pancake restaurant spread out and the food quality became worse and worse, as it often happens in such cases. If you decide to have a snack here it’s better to order «Phirmach» and «Bolgarin» pancakes and cheese pellets which are cooked only in this fast food restaurant.
